Whether she’s learning something new or helping a teammate feel comfortable, she leads with heart—and that’s something truly special.

It’s also been incredible to watch the bond she shares with her dad, Coach Carlos. They truly are a great team, and it shows in the way Rowan carries herself on and off the mat.

This promotion reflects her growth in skill, confidence, and character. She has earned every bit of this moment, and it’s been such a joy watching her journey.
