We’re so proud of our Ransburg AOA member, Lloyd!
Lloyd competed in the 2026 USA Powerlifting Championships this past weekend after months of dedicated training alongside personal trainers Bekah (pictured) and Nate. His hard work paid off as he took on six different lifts, including the deadlift, bench and squat.
We’re proud to be part of his journey! 💪

⚡ Teens, This One’s For You. ⚡
The Monster Meeting Series returns on Sunday, February 22 — and this year’s conversation speaks directly to the pressures teens are carrying right now.
🕒 The event begins at 3:00 PM sharp
🚪 Doors open at 2:15 PM
From academic stress and social expectations to the quiet weight of anxiety that so many students navigate, this is a space for something real. A space to pause. To listen. To feel understood.
Our featured speaker, Gabby Thomas — Olympic gold medalist and public health expert — understands what it means to chase big goals while protecting your well-being. She brings both elite athletic experience and public health insight to a conversation that feels honest, grounded and relevant for today’s teens.
If you’re a student, come be part of it. Bring a friend. If you’re a parent or educator, invite the teens in your life to hear a message that meets them where they are.
This isn’t just another event. It’s a chance to start meaningful conversations that matter.
