Monumental Ballroom & Dance connects couples through dance experiences. While we still specialize in wedding dances, we’re entering a thrilling new chapter that gives couples the confidence to dance together, whatever the occasion. You can still count on us to create bespoke first dances and teach elegant ballroom dancing, but we’ll also be bringing a fun new series to life soon: date night dancing.
The more casual date night dance styles will reflect our customers’ desires to learn dance skills for everyday use: a night out for your favorite cover band, dancing at a friend’s wedding, or just making your own magic in the kitchen! With more focus on how to lead and follow while freestyling, we’re confident our lessons will have you spinning in the (grocery) aisle.
Lastly, we hope this also clears up any misconception that we are a wedding venue 😉

Congratulations, Stephanie and Josh!
This couple chose our Steps & Style package and danced a foxtrot to “Let it Be” by Everly Brothers. The groom had wanted to try dance lessons for a while, and we understand why! Even though they had no prior dance experience, they were naturals.

Congratulations, Korey & Caleb!
This beautiful couple came in as beginners and chose our Steps & Style package. In their 4 lessons, they learned a Viennese Waltz to the song, “Life with You” by Kelsey Hart.
Their venue was the magnificent Scottish Rite Cathedral, so they got to do their dance on the grand floor while their guests watched from above. Kristen Wrap Photography perfectly captured the magic of their first dance. Cheers to the bride and groom!
