Surprisingly I allowed my alarm clock to ring only 1x today, layed in bed thinking about how I was NOT motivated but then decided to count as she suggests 5,4,3,2,1...and and I got up.
It sucked at first no doubt but I was out of bed by 4:10 am...
I did not allow myself to focus on being down I focused on being productive:
- cleaned up kitchen (I function better in a straightened house)
-made chicken for lunches
- STUDIED FOR 1.15 hours for my ACE exam
- worked out 30 min
If I allow myself to worry and focus on what is holding me back, I will never ever move forward.
Fear holds us back, it holds me back and I'm really going to try to make a better effort to stop that.

I get up 5 out of 7 mornings and try to do at least 20 minutes of exercise...what it does for me...
- gets me moving
- forces my brain to work
- gives me energy for my day
- makes me happy
This is a way of life for me...sure I'm probably cursing when im lifting heavy weight or cardio feels like forever but afterwards I feel unstoppable!

You know what I got to do? I got to teach PiYo classes at a corporate location. This employer believes so much in health and wellness they have hired me through end of December!

Going for something I will love...starting my personal trainer certification process today! Many weeks and hours ahead but I am going to do this and be a kick butt trainer!
