If you have a desk job or have tightness squatting then this is for you. Couch stretch, a great stretch for your quads and hip flexors. To clarify, hold each stretch for 1min and do each leg twice.

Incline row or chest supported rows, one of my favorite back exercises! The reason I like this so much is because you can’t cheat, you’re forced to use the muscles in your back.

Before I do the first rep I make sure my knees are bent, I make sure to push my shoulders down towards my hips so I’m not shrugging as I pull, the focus is to bring the shoulder blades together as I row. Try it out and let me know what you think!
Working on my weaknesses!
These are called Nordic Hamstring Curls, a great exercise to strengthen the hamstrings. I’ve been playing rugby for 23 years now and have injured my right hamstring twice, so I’m doing my best to work on them and build up more strength and control.
