He is also pretty good at pushing my buttons 🙄

Here I was… for the first time, caught Covid on my way to France in January… mild enough that I thought I had a cold & kept working out until the PCR test said otherwise and I “got” to stay a bit longer 😉
I have nothing to prove to anyone but to Myself…
It is about how much I pushed myself and how I can get better than the day before..
It is about being able to do any kind of physical activity and being challenged differently
It is about what my workouts are allowing me to do in life…
Whether it is running with my kids…
Or caring my luggages & my moms luggages up the stairs at the airport because she didn’t have the strength to do so…
I know Covid is very weird in the way that it affects everyone differently, but I am going to trust that better nutrition, my daily superfood shakes, and moving my body regularly has kept my immune system stronger 💪 and with God’s grace I barely felt it 🙏🏼
It’s not always easy but quitting is not an option💪😅🙏🏼
I love that I can access my workouts through the plateform from anywhere in the world and yes sometimes I might feel like I am dying a bit 🤣🥵
But we only got ONE body, ONE life so we better make the best out of them 🤨
I hope this will inspire you even a bit to make your health a priority if you have not started or keep going if you feel discouraged 💗

This is what the Central African Republic could look like… beautiful, peaceful, full of ressources but the truth is the war has destroyed everything… there is so much to be done.
La vérité est que le pays à besoin de paix avant tout!! ET le Centrafricain doit changer sa mentalité de partisan du moindre effort! 🙏🏼
The truth is that the country needs peace foremost!! AND the Central African needs to change its mindsets and put in some work! 🙏🏼

When you survived one of those crazy weeks...
Jocelyne had a runny nose so I kept her home and had to find my inner 😆
Dell technician came home to fix my computer and instead I was left without a computer for what felt like an eternity 😅 I work from home, 90% from my computer so that was 🤯
Luckily my husband came back home at the end of the week from his 3 weeks trip to end my 💪

This is one of my favorite video of her reading…
Two years ago, we love the book and read it so much that she knew the story 😂
Fast forward, she completed this summer, along with George-Alexandre, a summer reading program through IUPUI.
She qualified for the 1st grade level & George-Alexandre was with the fifth graders 🙌🏼
Proud of them 💞 and yes the hard work we all put in during Covid paid off!!
The lesson here… don’t let age or anything else be a limiting factor of your child potential…
Our true potential shows when we dare & when we believe in ourselves…
The cherry on top is when others believe in us too! 😉
