Finally getting around to posting some of my drafted blogs that I wrote when I was pregnant. 💕 Here's a list of items I compiled throughout my pregnancy for both comfort and fitness. At the end I was more focused on comfort but still trying to incorporate as much movement as possible. After only being in active labor for 3 hours with induction, I can vouch for the importance of fitness during pregnancy. It helped me so much in my labor and delivery process. Just keep moving Mamas. New Lifestyle blog: Making the switch to natural deodorant. There's so much controversy over aluminum in deodorant and antiperspirant products. Just wrote a new blog this morning with fresh insight into my restructuring plan. I have been obsessed with Barre style workouts lately! I have really seen some amazing changes in my body in just one month as a result of adding this style of workout into my routine! Due to my regular job as a nurse on a teacher schedule, I don't work the summer months so I have to budget my finances and keep my workout costs lower when I'm not working.
