Sometimes we forget to be grateful for where we are. Not because we aren’t grateful,but we have this picture of how we once were and how we want to see ourselves. We don’t always take in account the things we have been through and how just staying afloat was a victory in itself. Here’s to being grateful , feeling blessed and victories. Oh, and never giving up!! Let’s Go!! #

So I fell off.. I got in my own head, almost gave up completely. This is life, this reality. If anyone says every day is amazing, I need to meet em and shake their fu***ng hand! I will say that today is better than yesterday, I will say than I am forever grateful, thankful, and blessed. I applaud those who go through it and are able to grow through it, the downs but never out. Now Let’s Get to It ,

Life is life.. what you do with it is up to you. Everyday and every moment you have choices to make. Succumb to the adversity or use it to grow. Excuses are for the weak, and honestly no one really cares.

Let others think what they will of you. Judgement is not theirs, nor yours. Love yourself relentlessly, and stay the fu***ng course. Pain is inevitable and even necessary at times, use it to your advantage. Stay humble and stay hard my friends. Now let’s fu***ng go!

Back on my Bu****it.. the tee says it all. 2nd heart attack early last year, no one cares. Long hrs and life , no one cares. Covid/ pneumonia Late last year with a severe chest cold for the next two month after that, no one cares! Truth is.. you gotta work, you gotta trudge through the mud and keep fu***ng working. Excuses are like as****es, everyone’s got one. No one cares ! Stop talking and get to work.

In reality, you can talk all you want, and make all the excuses you want.. No One Cares.. it’s simple, get busy bettering yourself and don’t worry about the next man. Let’s Fu***ng Go!!

When it comes to doing something you love, it’s never hard . The things in life around what you love may be hard and even influence it. You have to learn to know the difference and stay disciplined to your passion. Don’t get discouraged or distracted, stay the course. You will thank yourself down the road.

One layer stripped and one layer added, brick by brick. The process can be slow and ugly sometimes, but if you are resilient enough to see it through to the end.. the results can be beautiful.

Sometimes work doesn’t look like work, until you uncover the work.. the greatest misnomer is that when you see these phenomenal looking physiques that it only took a workout or two or three. It takes years of dedication and discipline to present the finished product for a competition or a shoot. Then guess what, they go back to work improving on their physique. It’s a relentless and lifetime process. Your process is not theirs, so grind and dig for your finished product.

Never cared for giant arms, or a thick chest or abs before bodybuilding. Or, before I knew how much it all matters, for balance, strength and appearance. But I still believe there is something to be said for a great set of wheels and a big ol back. Let’s grind!

This is where I belong, battling myself. Fighting to be a little better each day. It’s all about the work, consistency,and heart. Do the work and trust the process.

Stand tall, recognize your faults and weaknesses. Then work your ass off fixing them. #
