Today was an amazing day! Funday Sunday for sure! Today we honored one of our trainer's son, Kyleb & everyone that is on the spectrum. We hosted our Fit For A Cause: So.Be Games benefiting Autism Speaks. We want to thank all of our sponsors & everyone that helped us pull this event off. We are forever grateful for all your support. We also want to thank everyone that donated as well as participated. We hope you all had fun! So far we have raised $1,258. AMAZING!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! It's still not too late to donate. Morning! Happy Tuesday! April is Autism Awareness Month & we would love to celebrate all the kiddos/people on the spectrum. We're organizing our 1st Fit For A Cause: So.Be Games fundraiser for the end of April via Autism Speaks. Sunday, April 30th. We would love for you all to attend. It's a boot camp style event. Kids are welcome to come. It'll be open donations. No registration fee. There will also be raffles & several chances to make your favorite trainers do Burpees. 😄 🥰💪🎉 If you can't attend, no worries. It’s BACK!!! Our 10th Annual SoBe Turkey Trot!!

Want to get in your steps before the craziness of the holiday season ensues? Come join us at 9:00am for our FREE 5K (or twice for a 10K) on Thanksgiving morning!!

The course doesn’t intersect the Drumstick Dash, free parking, free coffee and cocoa; just a canned good donation to St. Vincent De Paul pantry. Dog and kid friendly so bring the whole gang!!

We weren’t made to be a one size fits all world! We were made to be unique and different. We all have unique skills: art, athletic, culinary, musical. We all have different personalities: introverts, extroverts, compassionate, bold, funny, serious.

If you are made to be YOU, then why would you want a one size fits all plan? Your goals, values, wants, and needs are YOURS! My job as your coach is to make sure we figure out what works best for YOU!

Looking for a way to get in your steps before the big turkey dinner tomorrow Tomorrow is our 9th Annual SoBe Fit Turkey Trot! 🏃‍♀️

Join us for a FREE 5K right on the Monon Trail, right next to our gym space on 54th St. The fun starts at 9 AM, and you can park right in our lot. Walkers, joggers, and runners are all welcome! Go at your own pace, and feel free to bring the kids along--it's a stroller-friendly course! Hot cocoa and coffee will be provided at the finish line. ☕️

Admission is free and open to the public! We are also collecting food-item donations benefitting St. Vincent DePaul. So bundle up, bring a few canned goods, and come have fun with us before your Thanksgiving celebration! DM us with any questions, we'd love to see you all there. ❤️
