Yesterday I did something I would never do in the past, I took the entire day off to recharge. My energy was off and I could actually identify it. I refuse to provide 50% of who I am to anyonemost of all, myself!!
Its crazy how ones diet can change your mindset. I refuse to indulge in the flesh of another soul meaning ( cow, chicken, pig, ect)! Not taking in the stress of these souls has done wonders for my mental as well as my energy! Eating straight what the Sun provides is life!!! Anyway happy Thursday!!! May peace be with you all!!!
