We're excited to welcome our first Summer Intern to the CSC team! Over the next few months, she'll be diving into all aspects of our operation, learning at a fast pace, gaining hands-on experience, and working alongside teams across our venues and events.

You'll likely see her just about everywhere as she learns, grows, and gets involved throughout the summer. Be sure to say hello, introduce yourself, and help us make her feel welcome as she embarks on this exciting journey with CSC!

"Rhonda Bailey did a fantastic job supervising most of the graduations at the fairgrounds this year. There are always upset parents when they can’t get the best seats to see their sons and daughters, but Rhonda was very proactive in helping to resolve these situations. There was a particular incident at one of the graduations where a fight broke out, and Rhonda immediately alerted law enforcement. Rhonda played an active role in assisting guests, helping many people move away from the affected area. She was instrumental in ensuring the safety and well-being of those around her during a stressful situation." -Ashton Taylor, Event Manager for the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Hiring & Training Manager
