Sitting at 203 this morning jan 2 2026 only way to go is up this year im excited for the new year hopefully less stessed and better muscle growth looking at a off season till summer maybe competing in the fall but right now im loving this look as im heathly and not injured its a plus strength is good and pumps are amazing nutrion is good not 100 percent but quality meals 5 times a day hope everyone has some goals this year my goals this year is to be a successful in work and be a home owner by christmas of 2026
