Want to make a difference in someone's life while supporting the M4G community?
We're looking for volunteers to help work the NPYL concession stand and raise money for our Giving 4 Greatness program! Every shift worked helps generate funds that provide CrossFit memberships for individuals facing financial barriers.
โจ 10% of the concession stand profits from the shifts worked will go directly to Giving 4 Greatness.
Whether you can help for a few hours or multiple shifts, every volunteer makes an impact!

Whether youโre brand new to fitness or have years of experience, workouts can always be modified to meet YOU where you are. ๐ช

Thatโs what our Show Love Celebration is all about ๐
This FREE community workout day is your chance to grab your spouse, significant other, best friend, coworker, neighbor โ ANYONE โ and come move, sweat, laugh, and celebrate together ๐ช. Be believe in loving ALL!

โฐ Class Times: 8:30 a.m. & 9:30 a.m.
๐ Guests are welcome FREE!
โ ๏ธ Guests should arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver before class.
But this event is about more than just a workout.
Throughout the month of June, weโre challenging our M4G community to intentionally go ABOVE & BEYOND with โRandom Acts of Loveโ ๐
Buy someone coffee.
Send the encouraging text.
Compliment a stranger.
Support someone struggling.
Show kindness when itโs inconvenient.
Because one small act of love can truly change someoneโs day โ and maybe even their life.

The Fitness Pyramid ๐
This is a reminder that fitness is built from the ground up โ and what happens outside the gym matters just as much as what happens inside it.
Too often we focus only on the โtopโ of the pyramid:

Nearly 100 athletes. One powerful purpose ๐บ๐ธ๐
Today, the M4G community came together to take on MURPH โ pushing through every mile and every rep while remembering and honoring the brave men and women who fought for our freedom and made the ultimate sacrifice.
From the first heat to the last, the energy, encouragement, and community spirit on display was incredible. Weโre so proud of everyone who showed up, worked hard, and honored the meaning behind Memorial Day with us.

Today wasnโt just about the miles, pull-ups, push-ups, or squats โ it was about coming together as a community to honor and remember the brave men and women who fought for our freedom and made the ultimate sacrifice.
Weโre so proud of every single athlete who showed up, pushed through, encouraged one another, and embraced the meaning behind this workout. The sweat, grit, and heart on display this morning was something special.
