A lot of people say eating healthy food is expensive. And even though there’s a lot to unpack from that statement, I believe,for the most part, eating nutritious food is on average more expensive than eating 💩 .
Real gold cost more than pyrite, ie fake gold.
Real diamonds cost more than cubic zirconia.
And real food is going to cost more than these chemically processed “substances” that companies are packaging up and calling food.
You are worth the investment. And the best part is taking the time to learn more about nutrition can help you save some of your investment to put towards other things.

First day back working out since I went down. I was reflecting on the fact that when we’re just starting our fitness journey, it’s typically the exercise itself which is breaking our routine.
I’m now to the point where other life-things interrupt my physical activity routine…physical activity is a part of the routine!
That’s a major goal for all wholistic wellness coaches 🤓

Let me explain:
Health & wellness describes the bare minimum you need to do to keep your body functioning.
Fitness describes the condition of THRIVING.
Both are good. Taking care of your health & wellness are absolutely essential, but you’re not going to thrive by just doing the bare minimum.
Understand this when planning your goals. There’s 3 levels: health &wellness, fitness, & performance. Each level requires a different type of work & effort.

This needs to become a part of every physical done by a medical professional.
Physical activity is vital for better health and needs to be assessed for potential referral to other professionals if needed.
Looking for a “New Year’s Resolution”, make sure you see a clinical doctor for a full physical at least once a year (even better every 6months).
