I wasn’t sure how this was going to work, but second week in a row I had a great workout with Alex. This is what I have to work with and Alex made sure I worked it!!
I've been doing virtual training with Alex. And it's going great!
We all know how much better we feel after a good workout! And now more than ever, its important to get and stay healthy. So, I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it!
