Dear Players, Parents, and Families,

As we wrap up the spring season, we are excited to share details for the end-of-season tournament and celebration.

Tournament Information

For Minor-CP, Minor-PP, and Majors divisions, the end-of-season tournament will be single elimination. Tournament games will begin Thursday evening with the following schedule:

Minor-PP and Majors
• 6:00 PM: 2 seed vs. 3 seed
• 8:00 PM: 1 seed vs. 4 seed

Minor-CP
• 6:30 PM on Diamond 4: 1 seed vs. 4 seed
• 6:30 PM on Diamond 5: 2 seed vs. 3 seed

Championship games for each division will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

End-of-Season Celebration & Awards

Festivities will take place from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Diamond 2. Activities will include a dunk tank and several bounce houses for players and families to enjoy.

Awards will be presented as follows:

• Teeball: 11:30 AM at the flag poles

• Minor-CP, Minor-PP, and Majors: Approximately 1:00 PM at your respective fields, following the conclusion of the championship games

Parking Information

Please note that parking will be extremely limited during the event. We ask that you do not block pathways or entrances/exits when parking on the grass, and please leave lanes open as shown on the parking map. No parking is allowed beyond the construction fence.

Additional parking is available in the designated areas for trucks and SUVs that can jump the curb, as shown on the map. If those areas and the main parking lots are full, additional parking is available across the street at the soccer fields.

We encourage all players and families to come out, enjoy the festivities, and support friends and teammates competing in the championship games.

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR BASEBALL CONCESSIONS! 🚨
We are in urgent need of volunteers to help work the concession stand during baseball games. Without enough workers, we will not be able to open concessions for players, families, and fans.
✅ $20 paid for each 3-hour shift
✅ Must be at least 18
✅ Easy way to support our baseball program
✅ No experience necessary

Every shift helps keep our concession stand running and supports our teams. If you can spare 3 hours, we’d greatly appreciate your help!

Us board members do so much behind the scenes. What you see at the park when you're watching a game is just a small fraction of what it takes to keep the league going. You see some faces more than others, but we assure you, this is a very hardworking group of volunteers. With that being said, we really need the community to rally behind us. Rain has definitely interfered with our games. Work was put in tonight, but it's not enough. Please consider helping us get these fields ready before games tomorrow (5/28). You can message us on here, or just show up early. A little help from the community can really make a big difference for these kids.
