We’re SO excited to share that Caitlyn is stepping into the role as one of our studio managers!!!!

Many of you already know and love Caitlyn. Over the years, she’s been a constant, smiling presence at the studio, growing from a dedicated student into an incredible teacher. We feel truly lucky and honored to have her step into a bigger role at The Yoga Studio.

A little note from Caitlyn below…

Hi everyone,

I still remember walking into my first class at The Yoga Studio in 2019 and leaving with the feeling that I had found something truly special. Since then, my love and understanding of yoga has continued to grow, both on and off the mat.

Over the past six years, I’ve been working as a creative lead at Salesforce while also teaching here at the studio. Along the way, I felt a pull toward something more aligned, so I leaned deeper into my practice, expanded my studies, and stayed open to what was unfolding.

This community has shaped me in ways I can’t fully put into words, and I’m so grateful to be part of it. I’m so grateful and excited to share that I’ll be stepping into the role of Studio Manager while continuing to teach. It truly feels like a dream, and I can’t wait to continue supporting and growing this incredible community.

This Saturday from 1 to 2:30 PM with Rick Ti**le at our Carmel studio

Join us for a Slow Flow practice blended with meditation cues to help you move with intention and reconnect with your body. Perfect for anyone feeling drained or craving a calmer pace.

You’ll leave with:
• Better awareness of your body
• Less stress and tension
• More ease and presence in daily life
• A sense of calm and grounded energy

We’ll end with restorative postures, Yoga Nidra, and a peaceful Savasanna.
