Future Wildcat Wrestler, son of Andy Pyle who is an LN wrestling alumni, Seth Pyle won the middle school MIC tournament at 132lbs as a 7th grader! He avenged a couple losses in doing so! Great job Seth!!

The Wildcats advance 3 to the New Castle Semi State next Saturday, February 9,2019! Logan Carrender crushed all 3 of his opponents by technical fall and was crowned Regional Champion at 106 lbs. Deacon Pettiford placed 3rd at 138 lbs and avenged a Regional loss from a year ago. Anthony Hughes placed 4th at 113 lbs. They are just 2 matches away from Bankers Life Fieldhouse!! Great job guys and good luck next Saturday!

The wrestlers advance 10 to the Pendleton Heights Regional next Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019. Logan Carrender was Sectional Champion at 106 lbs while Anthony Hughes(113), Deacon Pettiford(138), Ethan Butterfield (160) and Excell Brooks (182) all finished 3rd. Lamarr Britton (120), Jeremiah Henderson (132), Aidan Bunce (145), Chris Santos (170) and Deon Pettiford (195) also qualified. Great job men and Good Luck at Regionals!!

Congratulations to Jeremiah Henderson, he won the Indiana Freestyle Open at Arsenal Technical HS today! Brought back a lot of memories being there! Great job Jeremiah!!

We weren’t sure if he was going to be able to compete this weekend after a bad sprained ankle at Semi State but he battled his way to 5th place at State! He stepped up to the challenges, like he has all year, and earned a spot for his name on the Wildcats Wrestling room wall of fame! Great job Tyler Majors!! Way to represent LNHS Wrestling!!

Congratulations to Tyler Majors (285lbs) for qualifying for the 2018 Indiana State Wrestling Championships at Bankers Life Fieldhouse! Although this is his first year ever wrestling, Tyler will add his name to a long list of great wrestlers and strong tradition at Lawrence North High School! Great Job Tyler!!

2018 Lawrence Central Sectional Champiins, 160 lbs Senior James Despain, which is now a 2x Sectional Champ, and first year wrestler, junior Deon Pettiford at 195 lbs. Both of them also avenged losses to Cathedral!! The Cats advanced 8 wrestlers to Pendleton Heights next Saturday for Regionals! GO CATS!!
