This past weekend in Indianapolis new and aspiring coaches came together to learn the USTA Coaching model, focused on creating positive player experiences, keeping players engaged and building confidence on and off the court.
More importantly, it was about connection. Coaches built community, shared ideas and left better prepared to inspire the next generation of players.
