16-Week Chattanooga Half Iron 2024 01/09/2024

IRONMAN 70.3 Chattanooga athletes who don’t yet have a coach or training plan for the upcoming 2024 race, I am offering a 16-week guided training plan starting January 29th and concluding May 19th. The workouts are written specifically for the challenges of the Chattanooga course. This plan incorporates the ZWIFT training platform in several bike workouts which specify Zwift courses to emulate the hills you’ll encounter on race day.

A big congratulations to TLC Endurance athlete, Aaron Belcher for placing 6th in the highly completive 30=34 age group at the Olympic distance triathlon Nationals Saturday in Milwaukee.

1500M swim - 23:28 - 1:26/100 yard pace
40K Bike - 57:06 - 26.3 mph ave speed
10K Run - 35:54 - 5:45 /mile pace
