We’re excited to introduce two new specialty classes to the schedule—each offering a more intimate setting and the opportunity to explore unique Pilates equipment in a focused, supportive environment.
Wunda Chair
Mondays at 11:00 AM with Courtney Summers
The Wunda Chair may be compact, but it delivers a powerful and versatile workout. This class uses spring resistance and bodyweight to challenge strength, stability, and coordination in a whole new way. You’ll move through exercises that build control and balance while working deeply through the entire body.
Class size is limited to just 3 clients.
Cadillac (Trapeze Table)
Fridays at 6:30 AM with Anna Inuzuka
Curious about the Cadillac but not quite ready to commit to a private session? This is your opportunity to explore it in a small group setting. The Cadillac offers incredible support for lengthening, strengthening, and mobility work—plus the chance to experience some of those eye-catching movements on the overhead bars in an approachable way.
Class size is limited to just 2 clients.
Both classes begin May 1st.
With such small class sizes, these sessions will fill quickly—be sure to reserve your spot in advance.
