CHARLOTTE WINTER TRAINING CAMP
For kart racers age 12-18, we're bringing a whole new perspective on training for racing with our two day training camp at our Charlotte facility. Attendees will learn the driver specific training methods we use with our elite drivers, and the importance of beginning that training in karting.
The Winter Training Camp will include educational sessions with our Performance Coaches and Nutritionists, as well as personalized fitness assessments, strength and conditioning fundamentals, and an in depth introduction to our driver specific training methods. Each attendee will also receive 3-months of our karting specific driver training program. Parents are encouraged to attend at no additional charge.

Kart Fit is an innovative workout that combines an interval, training, workout with Karting! whether you’re an actual racer or just looking for something different, this is it!
Attendees will bounce back-and-forth between seven minute training circuits, and seven minute karting stints at S*K for nearly an hour.
This class has a limit of 16 participants. The cost is $89 and includes three karting sessions (which is $66 by itself).

Over this past weekend, our Program Director made his way to in Kershaw, SC for the 24 Hours of America. Trey was on hand for the whole 24 hours, providing hydration support with PitFit custom blended hydration solutions from our partners at . Multiple teams and drivers utilized the hydration plan, including all four drivers on the winning team Twisted River Racing! Congratulations to them on an outstanding performance! We're already looking forward to the next one!

We are highlighting , who not only recently turned 21 but got his first top 10 last week.
Brayton started training with us in January, and moved into the Elite program in April. Through hard work and the coaching of , Brayton has lost 40 lbs, dropped 8.9% of his body fat, dropped pants size from 44 to a 36, and embraced the effort and commitment it takes to succeed in auto racing.
Brayton races Sunday in the Dutch Boy 100 at the DuQuoin Fairgrounds.

Had two rising stars in for driver assessments this week in both Indy and CLT locations.
is tearing things up in Pro Series & GR Cup Series. Dad wanted to see how the youngster compared to other drivers in his race preparation, specifically his fitness.

Welcome Cassie Kury to the PitFit team! Cassie graduated with her Masters degree in athletic training from the University of Indianapolis, where she served as an assistant strength coach for the men’s and women’s swimming & diving programs.
While getting her undergraduate degree in exercise science at U of I, she was a 4x All-American diver.
She will continue to head up our Trackside Support program while also providing therapy and treatment services for our drivers and members.

One of the most rewarding aspects to our team is being a part of the long-term progression of young drivers and creating an atmosphere in which they create friendships.
Watching our own earn his first Indy 500 start while being cheered on by several of his driver training buddies is an example of how tight the bond is in racing.

Tremendous weekend of Senaptec education for our team. Justin Foster came to our Indy facility to further our knowledge on our Sensory Stations, Swift Touch, and Strobes. And we treated him to the INDY NXT & NTT INDYCAR SERIES races at IMS on Saturday!

Big shoutout to our Charlotte based karters Adam Brickley, .990, , and .lyda on an outstanding weekend at the Night Fight . Front row lockout, heat race sweeps, final podium, and a big main event win. These kids work hard hard and have really embraced the training side of this sport, and we love seeing their hard work and dedication pay off for them on track. Great work fellas!

Our team has been working with LaserLyte to incorporate precision-based shooting drills into our programming. Scott Dixon is shooting a laser pistol at the target, firing at green/blue for points and not firing at yellow/red (subtract points). This drill is rolled into a much longer training circuit in which the driver fatigue gradually increases overtime, thus requiring more focus.

Amazing experience with NTT INDYCAR SERIESand Alexander Rossi showing thousands of youngsters how to train for racing at the White House. Great to showcase Senaptec strobe goggles and ball drills as well as the The Light Trainer on eye/hand and reaction drills!
These are two ball drills we use to improve eye-hand coordination and processing speed.
1. Vector Ball Wall Drill - Switch directions left to right or right to left on Color Red or other chosen color.
2. Lacrosse Ball Cross Switch - bounce two lacrosse balls catch left over right with one hand at the the time. Immediately switch to right over the left.

Shoutout to these three PitFit karters for an awesome weekend last weekend. That’s a PitFit 1-2-3 on the Sunday podium, with Adam Brickley taking the win, followed by Aiden Levy and Tyler Wettengel. The 2nd place was enough to give Aiden the series championship, and Tyler was able to secure the Saturday win. Huge congratulations to all three of these guys on a fantastic performance!
