Mother’s Day gives me a complex of thoughts and feelings.
It’s a reminder of the journey it took me to become a mother. It makes me feel for those on similar journeys.
It’s a humbling reminder that I’m not alone in this current phase of life.
It’s proof that time really does fly by, a remarkable little timestamp.
I realize this day can come with a variety of feelings for people. So, you have permission to show up as you are to your mat this Sunday afternoon. Meet me at for some TLC and grace.
