I love when he comes to yoga with me.

It doesn’t happen very often. He doesn’t sit still. He doesn’t do every pose. He colors and plays and runs around. But he sees mom practicing and then makes the shapes at home. We talk about breath and feeling angry and feeling joy. We make funny noises.

This is my yoga. I distinctly remember my teacher asking why we were becoming teachers in my first round of training in 2017/18. My answer was for my future kids. Here we are. 🤍
