The Indians fall to the Lightning tonight, 72–67, in a hard-fought battle. Indianola came out strong and led 18–17 at the end of the first quarter. Liberty responded in the second to take a 35–31 advantage into halftime. The back-and-forth action continued in the third with the Lightning holding a 49–43 lead heading into the final quarter. The Indians kept fighting down the stretch, but Iowa City Liberty was able to pull away late by converting at the free throw line. Indianola finishes the season 12-10 overall and 6-6 in the LHC. Thanks to all the fans and students for the support this season!

Our Girls Basketball Team has fought hard all season, and now the road to State runs through our own gym. We need the stands packed, the energy high, and the home-court advantage louder than ever for the Regional Semi-Finals!

Indians roll to a 64-41 victory tonight! 🔥

Indianola came out strong once again, jumping to a 21-9 lead at the end of the first quarter and setting the tone early. The pace slowed a bit in the second, but the Indians stayed in control and headed into halftime with a 31-19 advantage over the Bluejays.

The momentum continued in the third as Indianola extended the lead to 51-29, and the fourth quarter followed suit. With the game well in hand, everyone was able to see minutes on the floor to cap off a great team win! 💪🏀

The Indians finish the regular season with a 12-9 overall record and a 6-6 LHC record.

Indianola will host Iowa City Liberty in a first round substate 3 matchup on Monday, February 23 at 7:00. Come support these boys as they battle the Lightning.

Indianola picks up a dominant 80–49 win over Des Moines East. The Indians set the tone early and never looked back, jumping out to a 23–7 lead after the first quarter. They continued to build momentum heading into halftime with a 46–26 advantage and extended the lead to 60–34 by the end of the third on their way to the convincing victory. George Blake led the way with 24 points, followed by Bryant Ritchie with 17 and Easton McGraw with 12. Brooks Paugh added 7, Jakob Graham finished with 6, Landon Olson chipped in 5, and Isaac Erickson rounded out the scoring with 3. Indianola moves to 11-9 overall and will finish regular season play on Thursday when they travel to Bondurant to take on the Bluejays.
