Hey friends!
A quick update on stuff happening around the holidays.

We will have regular classes on Dec 22-23rd & Dec 29-30th!

Candlelight Yoga is on Christmas Eve at 8:30 am.

Just a friendly reminder it's the winter season and please bring extra pair of shoes to workout.

Also Fusion members are only to use the back of the gym not the front!

Hey gang a few updates on the holidays.

We are having a Fusion Fitness Christmas get together at Local vine Friday, Dec 19th 4-6 pm.

We all have other activities that night so stop by and say hello if you can make it.

The week of Christmas we will have regular classes on Dec 22-23rd.
Christmas Eve Candlelight yoga is Dec 24th at 8:30 am. This is my favorite class all year, so if you can make it that's great.

Community Partnership 🤝

I am super excited to be partnering Valorfit Crossfit with Molly Sivertsen Bean and Fusion Fitness - Indianola on Friday May 23 at 8am to Honor the Fallen 🇺🇲

We share space with Molly and Fusion in Indianola and we are grateful for the Support from her and her members so we can do the Hero workout "Murph," Together

Molly completely understands my goal with Valorfit by Supporting Veterans through fitness that correlates directly to their physical and mental well-being and I am glad we are getting her Support 🫶

The workout can be adapted to anyone's and everyone's fitness level

The workout is free of charge and as a Veteran based 501c3 we are always willing to accept donations so we can continue to Support Veterans in need

We will have apparel for sale on site for anyone who wishes to make a purchase
