Tomorrow marks the first ever dedicated breath practice in our space ✨
Amy may look familiar. She utilizes our collective space for community sound baths every six weeks or so. Well this Thursday night, she will be guiding a 90-minute Somatic Breathwork Experience for our community. Read more about it on our calendar in Momence.
