Sources: Seahawks QB Sam Darnold has been at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, undergoing a CT scan on his hip. The initial test was encouraging but inconclusive, and Darnold now is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Thursday.

Seahawks HC Mike Macdonald said the team got "great news back" on Darnold and doctors do not believe his quarterback’s hip is fractured.

An MRI on Thursday is expected to tell the team more.

Chargers’ two trades Sunday:

🏈They acquired a 2027 sixth-round pick from the Seahawks in exchange for cornerback Avery Smith.

🏈The Chargers acquired a 2028 sixth-round pick from the Panthers in exchange for defensive lineman TeRah Edwards. Both trades are pending physicals.
