Hanks deer recovery

Hope everyone has broke out them bows by now!! Give us a shout if u need help……… or just have a nice trail we can get onto to freshen up on!!!

About that time to start tuning in them bows!! Don’t forget about hank! We can use all the practice as well as a full blown lost blood trials!!

Well it’s been a while but hank finally got a call… hunter shot it with a 243…we showed up about 2 1/2 hrs after shot… hunter said they trailed it and jumped it …..but it looped on it’s self amd they lost trail… Hank hit the ground running ….got to a fence with an opened gate amd hunter said blood trail went right… Hank pulled through going left amd finding the deer about thirty yards in a palmettl flat….

Got a call to track a deer this morning.... Hunter shot another waiting on me to get there..... Not the best showing by hank today but we ended up recovering both!!’

Few obstacles but we got it done

Headed to a gut shot deer.....

This was a nice easy recovery ... Because the hunter checked the hit site and was unsure and backed out... He may have found this deer while searching or he may have jumped it and pushed well into the woods...
If in doubt back out.... that’s your best bet!!! Enjoy your harvest !!!

So one of the tracks I went on amd did not recover the deer just showed back up this evening for the hunter .... he got a second chance at him amd it paid off

Put hank on one for me this evening.. Took a crazy angle shot seen her run off and then lost her... then I heard one running in swamp thought that may have been her ....
she went about 80 yrds from hit sight

This was a pretty exciting track!!!
Was not sure on shot placement .... ended up jumping the deer.... backed out..... Hank decided he wasn’t gonna wait any longer ( I keep him on a leash while tracking) and took off after we decided to put it off .... ran it down and when I got to him he was baying it in the middle of a creek..... we ended up putting it down for the recovery!!

Well got another call this evening...... did not turn out good for us...... Getting one of them certified trackers on it... hopefully they find it , it was a dang good one.....
No recovery by other tracker.... hopefully show back up on camera

Headed out to another one.... shot at 7 pm ... ALOT of rain since then but we gonna see....

Number 2... gut shot no pass through... ended up being a decent shot amd getting some lung
