What do you like best about F45?
~I just love group workout classes, you don’t have to think about it, you just show up and follow along. I also love knowing we’re all in it together.

Favorite workout format?
~Any hybrid format!

Favorite exercise?
~Deadlifts & rowing

What’s your go-to healthy meal?
~Chicken quinoa crunch salad.

And not so healthy?
~Thai food, specifically green curry

What’s something you’ve achieved thus far with F45 that you’re proud of?
~Lifting heavier weights

Any goals you’re working towards (preferably not scale related)? 
~I want to be able to do a pull up.
