Welcome aboard everyone!
In the fishing industry over 20 years I have prided myself with nothing but the best. In the last 5 years of guiding I have been asked what is the best way to cook a fish Capt? My reply has always been fried is fried but I prefer blackened. I suggested this and that and finally told myself why can’t I provide that. Well here we are and this blackened season isn’t just for fish it can be put on everything. It’s filled with over 20 ingredients and Not packed full of salt which is what most rely on for flavor.
