Week 5 at Mason City brought us perfect weather again, but unfortunately, not the results we wanted or needed for a playoff push. We came out with solid first halves, but for the first time this season, injuries hit our squad across both matches.

While the final scores weren't in our favor, we are incredibly proud of how our veterans and young bench players stepped in, embraced the adversity, and really gave it their all. Time to rest, heal up, and come back home for our season finale on Senior Night! ⚡️🏉💪

Week 4 Player of the Week! 🏉
Sophomore captain Gwen Philips brought big energy on both sides of the ball this week. She finished second on the squad in tackles, along with strong offensive play adding a try and a conversion. Making an impact in every single phase. Nice work Gwen! 🔥💪

Finally, perfect fall weather for Week 4! 🍂🏉 While we didn’t get the W’s we wanted against our playoff rivals, we showed plenty of defensive grit and zero quit. Some details to clean up, but 5 games left to leave it all on the pitch and secure a playoff spot! Let’s get it. 💪⚡
