Big congrats to Tom Catalano on an amazing finish at the Leadville 100!!! A well deserved belt buckle for ya, Big Cat!!
SpanKom rides have begun! Every Thursday throughout summer, weather permitting, from the Cutler School in Hamilton. Roughly 28 miles of pleasurable riding (except when it's not) through the pasturelands of the Northshore.
Longer fast segments on Bare Hill Rd and Asbury St; shorter sprints and a some double paceline at other points. This ride is RECOVERY PACE BETWEEN SEGMENTS - it's an interval workout with regrouping after hard efforts, not a road race. All with strong group riding skills are welcome. Pace is typically 20 - 22 MPH overall, so please judge accordingly.
