BPC had themselves a day!! So grateful to our athletes for allowing us on this Ironman journey with them and tolerating our sometime over the top enthusiasm for their achievements!! Lake Placid Ironman did not disappoint!

Sunday morning half marathon earned BPC some PRs and podiums!! 1st AG for Elia and 2nd AG for Sue!! Let’s hear it for the ladies!!

Would it even be Lake Placid Training Camp without some cool temps and rain?!! Anything can happen on race day and this team will be ready!!

The hills of the Happy Valley had nothing on Dora and Soroya! Off to Nice for IMWC 70.3 for the both now!
