10-year-old Birmingham runner posts fastest 300m time in the nation for his age group 10-year-old Legend Simmons ran a 49.25 in the 300 at a track meet held at Wenonah High School in May, the fastest time by a runner in his age group in the entire country this season.

Starting July 7th, we're adding Morning Kickboxing Classes to the schedule!
