Next Tuesday June 11th we have a guest artist "Sharnese Taylor coming to our studio to teach a jazz/tap class from 5:00-7:00 if you are interested please come and join us. The fee is $30.00

Yvonne DeKay's Costume & Shoe sale starts Friday June 5 and Saturday June 6th from 12noon- 5:00PM. The prices are right and the style are great

Thank you to all who came too enjoy our dance recital and show of "Alice in Wonderland'. Our students really put on a great performance and we are so very proud of them. If you did not venture out to come see the show then all I can say is you missed a very good one. If more folks to not come to support the shows then why should we have them? I always try to go and support the plays, my dance friends, and other children . We are all in this together, and I enjoy seeing how the arts are presented in so many different ways.

So very proud of our students on a great performance of our 62nd Spring Recital production of "Alice in Wonderland" . What a great time all had and the dancers did a beautiful performance.. I am Very Thankful and proud of the our students who danced and performed their best. Also they had so much fun and enjoyed themself all evening together, Thank you to all the parents who helped getting us loaded up and out before 9:00 pm.

Lineup at Lawrence & 4th Street, 6th Division on Monday. We'll get there at 8:30AM to decorate the truck. Students no later than 9:00AM to march! Hair in ponytail. Red Shorts. YDKS shirt!

This year recital tickets go on sale today May 11th, 4:00 at our studio. The theme and store is "Alice in Wonderland" for the ballet students and Divertissements of Tap, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop and contemporary routines. Show date is Saturday May 30th in the beautiful Ironton High Auditorium. Beg Solo Showcase is at 5:00pm and the Main show starts at 6:00 pm Admission is $20.00 per ticket.

Good day to every one, I am so happy to see the sunshine. If you did not get to attend or see Ashland Production of "Dancing With The Stars, then you missed some really good dancing and even great twirling routines. I am so very proud our Katie McKnight and her partner Mr. BJ they did a fantastic great very entertaining performance.

This message is for all students and parents of YDKS studio, Yesterday Tuesday Feb 3rd blew my mind with much disappointment. SNOW again??? Not safe to drive to the studio no where to park the cars and no school again. Lets all pray we can get back to better weather and clear safe roadways and the studio furnace to heat up so we can get back to classes next week. I am getting "Cabin Fever" Hoping to see all and get back to the studio next week. Be safe stay warm and Please pray for SPRING!

If anyone has a truck to shovel or a heavy shovel and strong arms, can you please help Ms Yvonne clear a spot in front of door??? The State Hwy plowed in a way that we cannot get into the door from CVS parking lot! Thank you for Help!
