Coach Willie’s household is sick so we are going to take the day to rest. We tried to make sure we were tip top shape for practice today but we are still feeling under the weather 🤧 today. We will see everyone on Tuesday sorry for the inconvenience.

We had a short session with a small group of wrestlers this afternoon. Lots of footwork and speed and agility training. But due to low numbers we are going to end our session early today. We will see you all on Tuesday for our regular session practice. If you are interested in joining please come try out for free, everyone is welcome and 4-18 years old.
