We truly love this little community! From the restaurants to the bars, breakfast spots, and coffee shops… our crew definitely enjoyed themselves! 🤭☕🍳

We know there were a few mishaps along the way, but we are so thankful for everyone who welcomed us, supported us, and showed appreciation for what we bring to your community. It means more to us than you know. ❤️

Blair always feels like a little home away from home for us, and we’re grateful to be a part of Cheese Fest each year.

❤️ Happy heavenly birthday to the one who kept us all together.

You did the brunt of the office work, the paperwork, and everything behind the scenes that most people never saw. You kept things organized, kept us going, and somehow managed to keep all of us in line.

There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t miss you and wish you were still here with us.

We hope you’re celebrating up there today. Keep watching over us—and please keep everyone in line from up there too. ❤️

⚠️ To the attention of Blair Cheese Fest attendees:

We need to address something that is not fun and games.

When the carnival is CLOSED, please stay off our rides and equipment.

Sneaking onto rides, running up our slide, opening gates, or finding ways around the extra measures we put in place to keep people out is not okay.

We take great pride in our equipment, and more importantly, we work hard to keep it safe for the children and families who come out to enjoy the carnival. Entering rides after hours can cause damage, create serious safety concerns, and ruin the experience for everyone else.

Those gates, fences, and barriers are there for a reason. When our rides are closed, they are not being supervised or operated by our trained employees. Going onto them after hours puts you at risk and puts us in a position we should never have to be in.

Unfortunately, we have had incidents like this at this festival in previous years, and we do not want to go through that again.

What makes this especially disappointing is how much we genuinely enjoy coming to Blair. If you knew us behind the scenes, as some members of the Blair community do, you would know that this place feels like a little hometown to us. We look forward to coming here every year.

We love being part of Blair Cheese Fest, and we want to continue having a positive relationship with this community.

We also want to give a huge thank you to the City and County law enforcement officers who have cared enough to come by, keep an eye on things, and help us keep people off the equipment after hours. Your presence, concern, and willingness to help us protect our equipment and keep everyone safe truly means a lot to us. We appreciate you more than you know. 💙

So if you think sneaking onto our equipment after we close is funny — we don’t.

Please respect our property, our employees, and the safety measures we have put in place.

When the gates are closed, the carnival is closed. Please stay out.

🎡 OPENING DAY AT BLAIR CHEESE FEST! 🧀🎠

🚨 OUR TICKET & WRISTBAND SYSTEM HAS CHANGED! 🚨

Here’s what you need to know before you ride!

📍 KIOSKS ARE LOCATED BY THE FUNNEL CAKE STAND / BUMPER CARS!

📱 Purchased an advance wristband ONLINE?
Head to the kiosk, press “Redeem Online,” and scan your QR code. Your wristband will print right from the kiosk!

🎟️ Have a PHYSICAL advance wristband card?
Ramon will be stationed by the kiosk! Head over to him, hand him your advance card, and he’ll get you your wristband.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Wristbands do NOT begin until the scheduled wristband start time. Your wristband will be scanned at every ride, so please keep it on for the entire session!

Friday wristbands: 6-10pm Blair Cheese Festival

🎡❤️ OUR CARNIVAL FAMILY ❤️🎡

One of the best parts of this crazy carnival life has always been the people we get to share it with.

Different countries, different cultures, different backgrounds — but when we come together, we’re one team and one carnival family. 🇺🇸🇭🇳🇬🇹🇲🇽

Americans, Hondurans, Guatemalans & Mexicans — all working side by side through the long days, late nights, hot weather, rain, breakdowns, busy weekends, and everything else a carnival season throws at us.

Most people only see the lights, rides, games, and food. They don’t always see the hardworking people behind it all who make it happen every single day.

We’ve laughed together, struggled together, worked our butts off together, and made memories that will last long after the midway lights go out.

We are incredibly thankful for every single person in this photo and everything you’ve given to Spectrum Carnival. ❤️

We truly appreciate the Amery community for welcoming Spectrum Carnival and supporting us. Seeing the midway full of families, smiling kids, and familiar faces makes all the long days worth it. 🥰
