Since I started training at with and and been on a restricted diet for the past 2 months, I’ve lost 14.5 lbs, reduced my waist size by 6.5” and reduced my body fat by 4%. I have reached my goal weight of 104 lbs. I have ways to go to reach my goal of gaining muscle and being “fit” but I know I will eventually get there. Turning 39 tomorrow and feeling good about myself and proud of my accomplishments. Never give up! :)
