Shred Program ☑️

12 weeks flew by. Started this program to shed some weight and regain some physique definition. Mission accomplished! I’ll breakdown more later this week in a recap video, but very happy with where I am in this fitness journey to get back into shape.

First pic is from yesterday right after finishing the last workout challenge. 2nd pic is from this morning. And the last pic was at the start of the program.

If you got any questions on the program, feel free to comment below and I’ll address them in the recap video 💪🏾

3 Month Run Hiatus, OVER! 💪🏾

WE BACK BABEEEYYYYYY‼️

Looked back at the stats and the last run I did was back on March 25th w/ crazy how fast time flies. Felt good to get the run in. The rest of the crew left me and but we chopped it up on a 2.5 mile route! The down time, strength work and the PT is paying off. Still will have a ways to go to get back to form. Major key during this time is to work on other areas of deficiencies as well. In all feeling good and hitting the weights in a few.

The first of thousands of running steps began today.

Also really cool to catch Metaphor Spot for the last run from the location as the doors were closed yesterday.

Always remember we get to Run, health and the ability to is not a guarantee for you!

Happy Saturday Y’all ☀️

🍸x ☕️Week 8

57 of 90 days down. Entering the last month of this workout plan. Closed out week 8 with the same challenge as week 4 but in reverse order of rep count. All the repetition and consistent work lead to massive PR on timing doing the count in another order. Also strategy adjustment too. Clocked a sub 10min time 🔥
For workout deets, head over to my Strava.

Last month of Q2. Looking to finish this program strong before a nice little break in July. I’m not sure how the workout variations will go but I know they’ll be tough. The real winners show up and get it done. Time to finish strong 💪🏾🔥

S/N can never go wrong with a homemade Espresso Martini, pro tip, mix it with either Mezcal Tequila or Fireball! Mmmm mm m 😋

Fuse Lit 🧨

4 weeks done and a quarter of the way through this workout program. Been a lot of Mr Miyagi work with a lot of the same exercises…over and over and over and over again. We closed out the 4 weeks with a Burn Down Challenge consisting of 800 reps total. Too much to breakdown how the workout was structured but Britt and I crushed it.

Results are starting to show as we’ve been consistent and challenging ourselves in the progress. The workouts get a little tougher this third of the way. However being in better shape now that 29 days ago helps a lot.

If you are in the thick of it for your training, stay locked in, the magic happens when you get Big Mo’ (momentum) on your side from staying consistent with good effort!

Let’s Keep Moving! 💪🏾

Recaps are BACK!

Week 1 of 12 ✅
7/90 Days

A week into this Shred program and went 5/5 on workouts. The workouts were ~30min High Intensity EMOM (every minute on the minute) structured. Super sore early in the week as the body was getting used to the workouts, and now…still sore but not as bad 😆

Next week introduces a heavy lifting cash in, looking forward to the add on. Name of the game is to stay consistent and clean up the diet too.

Didn’t really have workout photos so this was me last week at my friends dinner party playing a game of Traitors 🕵🏾‍♂️

PRESENT DAY

AthleanX Max Shred
Day 1 of 90

Gotta give the proof. I’m no where near in shape or a 3 hour marathoner. That was 2023 me. Fitness is not linear, and I am in the valley. But the valley builds champions.

While I’m out of the run game for the foreseeable future, time to hit the gym to get back to the better version of myself. Had previous success using programs and this one should be no different….as long as I follow the plan, stay consistent and eating right.

Documenting my progress, not with everyday posts but updates on the grid and stories 😎

Results or Nah? LETS WORK 💪🏾

s/n I felt like Pooh stepping on the scale a couple weeks ago, ain’t see the weight scale say that since 2019 🙃
