Yes, working out post pregnancy will help you lose weight you gained during pregnancy, but there are WAY more benefits. It can help prevent postpartum depression, relieves stress, promotes better sleep and helps boosts energy. Give yourself 1 hour of exercise 3-4 times per week so that you can fully give yourself to everyone else the remaining hours in your week, especially that new beautiful baby of yours!
As soon as you are cleared to workout, do it! It’s so good for your mind, body and soul as a new mom.

Having a baby is a life-changing event for women, and then figuring out how to lose the baby weight during this period of major change becomes challenging. It doesn’t get talked about enough!
Aleese is a full-time working mom with two kiddos. Like a lot of moms, she was losing herself trying to juggle this new life. She finally surrendered and decided it was time to take care of herself so that she could fully take care of her family and career.
She worked with our in-house licensed nutritionist, following everything she said down to a T, while also coming into the gym to workout with . Each week she dropped weight and each week you could see Aleese starting to get back to her old self with this new life.
