Dana Point, August ’25 🤍
With Liza, we didn’t have a gender reveal - it just wasn’t something people did back then in Russia.
But I always secretly wanted that moment.
To pause. To gather everyone. To feel the anticipation.
This day meant a lot to me.
🌸 Masha, thank you for helping organize everything ❤️ I miss you so much. It’s still hard that you moved back to Russia.
Somehow we already knew it’s a boy as so many things in blue were easy to find and we couldn’t find pink roses 🙈
🎂.coma Tanya, thank you for the beautiful cake - and for keeping the secret. You were the only one who knew.
📸 Sonya, thank you for capturing this day so naturally. These photos are so special to us.
Thank you to our family and friends ❤️ they were there for us and shared this joy with us!
Some moments are simple.
But they stay with you forever.🤍

This year didn’t unfold the way I imagined.
The most important lesson it offered me was acceptance -
of change, of uncertainty, of life as it is.
These photos were taken just one day before I was hospitalized,
a moment of pregnancy, stillness, and trust
before everything changed.
I’m sharing them now not for content,
but to honor this chapter and everything it carried.
Thank you, 2025,
for teaching me acceptance, strength,
and deep gratitude for life

I’ve been quiet here for a long time.
Not because I had nothing to share - but because life was unfolding in ways that required my full presence.
This year asked me to step away, slow down, and turn inward. Travel, change, pregnancy, deep internal work.
I’m not coming back with conclusions or summaries.
Just with presence.
And a desire to start sharing again, slowly and honestly 🤍

39 years… older, wiser, calmer, open-hearted — more grounded in who I am, less rushed to prove anything, and more present for the beauty in small, ordinary moments. I’ve learned to listen more — to my body, to the silence, to what truly matters. I don’t chase, I attract. I trust the timing. I let go with grace and receive with gratitude.
Thanks .flow for capturing these moments ❤️

Happy Valentine’s Day! ❤️
Today is filled with love notes and sweet words. But among all the love we share with others, let’s not forget the most important one – self-love.
True love starts within. It’s about caring for your body, mind, and soul. It’s about accepting yourself unconditionally. It’s about being kind to yourself, even in moments of doubt.
Self-love is not selfish; it’s the foundation of a balanced and fulfilling life. When you are at peace with yourself, you can truly love and support others.
Let this day be a reminder that you are worthy of love – most importantly, your own. ❤️
✨ What’s one way you’re showing love to yourself today? Share in the comments! 💬👇

✨ 2024 in Moments ✨
I don’t usually do yearly recaps or highlight my achievements, but looking back at my photos, I realized how many beautiful, happy moments this year has gifted me.
As I scrolled through the photos of this past year, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. From early morning yoga flows under the open sky to peaceful hikes by the ocean, from shared laughter with my family to watching my daughter grow into her creative and curious self.
It wasn’t just the big adventures like camping trips or sunsets on beautiful beaches - it was also the little things: the first sip of coffee in the morning, reading a book on a wild beach, or the way the ocean always seems to whisper “you’re exactly where you need to be”
This year reminded me to live in the moment and treasure what’s already around me. It’s the ordinary that often holds the extraordinary.
As we step into 2025, let’s slow down, look around and appreciate the NOW. Celebrate your small victories, hold space for self-discovery, gratitude doesn’t have to wait for big events - it blooms in the small, everyday magic we often overlook.
What are you most grateful for this year? I’d love to hear your moments of joy 💛
