Monday’s are the best day to get your butt in the gym or to do some type of physical activity. It sets the tone for your whole week ahead. If you can’t make it to the gym, or get a workout in, go for a walk around your neighborhood, do some stretching when you wake up or before bed, do some foam rolling or yoga. Try do something for your own personal care to get you going for the week coming. and set your positive intentions for yourself. Visualize your GAINZ 😀😍If I skip my Monday training I feel like the rest of my week is just off. I’ve grown to love Monday’s more n more! So can you! I explain each exercise so you can learn proper form and learn to feel comfortable in the gym on your own. I wanted to put something out that’s easy to follow and have workouts that hit all the muscle groups each week (2 upper days, 2 lower days). This is a month of free online training!
