We are currently conducting phone interviews and scheduling candidates for in-person interviews! Positions are year-round with flexible schedules. That means they're perfect for individuals who work a second job, attend school or simply want to work with an amazing team of people in a growing organization. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to individuals who enjoy spending time on the ice!

Summary: This associate is responsible for performing the daily activities required to operate the Great Park ICE facility, including all aspects of customer service, cash handling, skate guard during public sessions.

As an Operations Associate, you will be assigned to one or more of the following skill areas: Front Desk/Reception, Skate Counter, Snack Bar, Skate Guard, Scorekeeper, or Party Host.

Requirements for Success:

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Highly motivated self-starter who is service-minded, enthusiastic and energetic (be prepared to share examples of this!)
- Demonstrates an understanding of The Rinks' commitment to quality service, products, and entertainment
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Consistently maintains a pleasant, professional and approachable style
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where required
