Our May Skater of the Month is Great Park Ice's Hailey Han! ⛸️⭐️👏

⛸️ One of Hailey's major accomplishments is landing her Triple Toe- Triple Toe combination in her Intermediate Short Program!

🥇 She also placed first in the Novice Freeskate at her most recent competition - this May's All Year Open.

⭐️ Hailey started skating when she was five, and has been skating for eight years. Her favorite skater is Kaori Sakamoto.

👏 Bravo, Hailey! We're proud of you!

Ten80 International Figure Skating Team (Sean Rabbitt, Junichi Takemura, Kelly Takemura, Garnet Fiordalisi) were recognized as U.S Figure Skating's 2025-26 Coaching "Circle of Distinction" Coaching Team, last week at the U.S. Figure Skating Coach I.C.E. Awards in Colorado Springs, CO! Team Ten80 coaches out of Great Park Ice.

The "Circle of Distinction" Award recognizes a coaching team for exceptional performance in any program or discipline that has achieved success with multiple athletes/teams, and that demonstrates and promotes collaboration and cooperation in athlete-centered coaching.

Additionally, Great Park Ice's Daisuke Murakami was honored as one of USFS's "5 Under 35," and the GPI coaching group of Rafael Arutyunyan, Tatyana Malinina and Roman Skornyakov was nominated for USFS Coach of the Year.

Daisuke "Dice" Murakami was recognized as one of 's Coaching 2025-26 "5 Under 35," last week at the U.S. Figure Skating Coach I.C.E. Awards in Colorado Springs, CO! He coaches out of Great Park Ice.

The "5 Under 35" Award recognizes young, up-and-coming coaches who have demonstrated potential through innovation, early career achievements, and the ability to influence athletes with positive character traits.

Additionally, Great Park Ice's Team Ten80 International Figure Skating Team won the USFS "Circle of Distinction" Award, and the GPI coaching group of Rafael Arutyunyan, Tatyana Malinina and Roman Skornyakov was nominated for USFS Coach of the Year.

Our April Skater of the Month is Great Park Ice's
Gia Tellei! ⛸️⭐️👏

🏆🥇 Gia is a past recipient of the John Keating Trophy at the Skating Club of Nevada, and recently placed first in Preliminary Girls.

⛸️ Gia started skating at five years old, and has been working hard at her skating for three and a half years since then.

🇺🇸💙 Her favorite skater is Team USA Olympian Ilia Malinin. She also enjoys ramen and loves the color blue.

Way to go, Gia! Keep it up! 👏

Great Park Ice's April Player of the Month is: Eli Sow! 👏👏👏

🏒 Eli is coming off of a fantastic semifinal game where he scored to tie the game with 10 seconds left!

🥅 Eli has constantly improved season over season. He has always had a great positive attitude on and off the ice, and it's great to see him develop his love for hockey and turn into a team leader.

Within just a few seasons he has gone from learning the game to being a dominant force on the ice. Good Luck next season Eli! 👏

The 4th Annual Lady Ducks & Jr. Ducks Mental Health Game took place yesterday in FivePoint Arena at Great Park Ice! 💚🦆

🦆 This Sunday, you can enjoy watching alumni of the Lady Ducks and Jr. Ducks go head-to-head, with Anaheim Ducks Alumni guest coaches on the bench, for a minimum donation of $5.

All proceeds will benefit and the Amber Craig Memorial Foundation.
