It’s easy to make time for everyone else and keep putting yourself last.

For me, movement is a way of saying, “I deserve some of my time, too.” Some days it’s lifting weights. Other days it’s a walk or a few minutes to stretch.

It doesn’t have to look the same every day. Find what works for you and give yourself permission to make it a priority. 🤍

It was a Mustang kind of day! 🐎💚

I’m really loving getting to know my fellow Mustangs! So many wonderful people, great conversations, lots of laughter, and some pretty amazing stories.

I’m thoroughly enjoying the Leadership Las Vegas program. Every time we get together, I learn something new, see things from a different perspective, and walk away appreciating this community even more.

Feeling grateful to be part of the Class of 2027. And I have a feeling we’re going to make some incredible memories along the way!
