I asked many to join Angel Stadium spartan race and only 5 took me up on the challenge. But these 5 came in ready to battle!
We pushed one another in every obstacle and no one was left behind.
The ultimate goal was to finish the spartan race and get the job done.
Fellas great work today and on to the next big challenge!

Everyone wants the results but no one wants to put in the work. Now I am not talking about working out, I’m talking about the work outside the gym.
Too many of you brag about meal prepping and working out and I’m going to count calories, I’m going to do this and that and when it comes to doing it….. NOTHING!
Your fitness journey depends on your consistency, not only with working out but with your nutrition and cardio.
It’s not about working out harder, it’s about being smarter with your choices!
Don’t expect results if you are putting in half A$$ work. Ask yourself, are you really giving it your all? Are you committing like you said you will are you staying on top of your nutrition on the weekends.
Shout out to our client who has made some serious life changes over the year and made a huge transformation!
We are so proud of your hard work but we aren’t stopping here 👏🏼 i challenge him to a spartan race and can’t wait for you to accomplish this goal.

I was never much for new years resolutions but around the start of 2020 I was just tired of my own excuses for the things that were wrong in my life. I was over 300 pounds and generally at the mercy of my own depression and anxiety. I made a pledge to be a better version of myself everyday, one day at a time. By the end of the COVID lockdowns, I was ready to take that transformation to the next step and I was referred over to Turna Fitness. I started with Kevin and Reem once a week, then twice a week, 3 times a week, and eventually I had the tools, strength, and motivation to incorporate my physical well being into the routine of my daily life. I'm down 100 pounds over 2 years, and I have so many people to thank but it really started at Turna Fitness. Thank you for making me the best version of myself, and I know there are even better versions to come.

Amazing transformation by my sister in law and sister. She committed, changed her lifestyle and as we say she, ‘TURNA your life around’. My wife and I are extremely proud of you I always say, you have to truly commit to this lifestyle and make sacrifices to reach your own personal goals. You have to trust the process, you have to fight those negative voices in your head and enjoy the journey

Shout out Benjamin Briggs] for placing 3rd on his very first Jits Tournament. Benjamin Briggs] had to cut 12 lbs to make weigh in and got the job done. Not the best thing to do but when you have to get the job done. You will do whatever it takes. The job ain’t finished! We are getting ready for the next tournament with more time and a better game plan. Also, giving me more time to work with not just 3 weeks. 🤠
