Maybe the goal is not to spend your whole life chasing happiness. Because happiness is a feeling and feelings naturally come and go. So many people live in “I’ll be happy when…” But what if the real work is learning how to cultivate alignment instead?👇

Alignment with yourself.
Alignment with your values.
Alignment with the kind of life you actually want to live.

Because when we are constantly chasing happiness, we often disconnect from the present moment and from what truly matters.

A meaningful life will still include stress, uncertainty, discomfort, and hard emotions too. The goal is not to eliminate those experiences but learn how to stay connected to yourself and your values while moving through them…that is where deeper fulfillment lives. 🤍

Where did the time go? This graduation ceremony lands a little differently for us special needs mamas. Because it’s not just a ceremony. It’s a moment to reflect on the years of advocacy, IEP meetings, and showing up again and again for our kids.

And somehow…we made it here 😭 Graduating 6th grade! I’m so proud of my Matthew and how far he’s come.🥰👨🏻‍🎓🎉

This celebration isn’t just for our kids. It’s for us too, mamas. I see you and celebrate you too.♥️

Sometimes the hardest part is giving yourself permission👇

Permission to dream bigger.
Permission to finally go after your goals.
Permission to feel your feelings instead of pushing them away.
Permission to set boundaries without guilt.
Permission to take time for yourself.
Permission to let go of what no longer serves you.
Permission to slow down, breathe, and simply be still.

What are you needing to give yourself permission for?

Maybe the permission you’ve been waiting for is your own.🤍
