Let’s get ready for our next meet against
Important information to know ahead of our upcoming meet at Oak Creek.

●Check-in swimmers: 7:00 AM
●Warm-up in pool: 7:30 AM -8:15 AM
●Meet start: 8:30 AM

🛠️SET UP: The pool opens for visiting teams at 7AM for set up. There is plenty of grass space to set up tents inside and outside the pool gates.

⚠️AREAS TO AVOID:
* Please do not set up tents on the far side deck along the pool and around the baby pool.
* Please make sure to avoid the ready bench area which is the grassy area located north of the hot tub and any walkways.

🅿️ Parking: park on Royal Oak, on Dove Creek (the street across from the pool) and Quail Creek. There is also parking at Oak Creek Elementary School on Dove Creek Park.

HALF TIME:
* Parents Relay - We will have a parent relay at half time! (4 x 25yd FREE relay) let us know if you would like to be part of our amazing Parent Relay team!
* Coaches Relay - There will be a coaches relay at half time!

😎 We are happy to share that we have so many swimmers this year that we need to create a fourth group to accommodate all of our wonderful new Piranhas.

📆 Our new schedule will be effective immediately. Above is our new schedule until the end of the season.

📧 If you did not get a separate email, then your child’s practice group did not change. Advanced group is not changed at all, and the former intermediate group, which is now intermediate 2, will meet 15 minutes later.

Let me share some additional information with you all in preparation for Saturday:
 
📍 Pool address and Parking:
Their pool is located at 50 Coltrane Court. Please park only on the main streets (Coltrane, Howser, Pauling). Please do not park in the cul-de-sacs or in apartment parking lots. 
 
💪Setup:
Please plan to arrive no earlier than 7:45am.

🏊 Swimmer Check-in:
Will begin at 7:45am. There will be a Pirhanas table for our team check-in outside the gate, just look for our flag!

🙆 Warm-up:
Will start at 8am to 8:45am.

🥇Meet will begin at 9:00am.

Families are welcome to set up chairs, easy-ups inside or outside the gate.
For safety reasons, the kiddie pool and hot tub will be closed during the meet.

Have lunch or dinner and support the Piranhas!

Unfortunately, all practices were cancelled yesterday due to rain and lightning ⛈️ but forecast is in our favor and all practices are happening today!

Reminders:

❤️ If the gate is closed, please wait until a parent or coach lets you in. Do not jump the gate, and please do not ask the office to let a swimmer in.

💙 If you registered before March 15th, you are part of our early bird promotion, your free kickboard is ready for pick up! Have your swimmer come to the table by the deck for pick-up during pratice.

❤️ We have extra kick boards for sale! Look for a board member wearing a red shirt, and we are more than happy to help!

💙 Come prepared to every practice! This includes: swimsuit, towel, cap, goggles, sunblock, kickboard, fins. Need some items? Shop at our online store, just follow the link in our bio and will direct you to online items available for purchase. Some of those items we have in stock!
