The goal of Avian-X is to promote the sport of waterfowling and turkey hunting too the hunting public in a traditional, ethical, responsible, and enjoyable manner. That and we want very much to promote the sport of hunting within the ranks of our country's young people. We as outdoor manufacturers owe it to ourselves and the hunting communities to do everything we can to recruit, educate, and encourage young outdoors people. It's our wish, to help today's duck, goose, and turkey callers to be more successful afield, whether that success is translated into birds on the ground, or memories to be cherished for a lifetime. The Zink Calls / Avian-X Team will do it all – and all with one thought in mind… Mediocrity is NOT an option!

Please join us in congratulating our colleague, Paul Butski, on his induction into the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame!

Paul is a pioneering figure in the turkey hunting world whose passion, knowledge, and expertise have influenced generations of hunters. His accomplishments as a competitive caller include three NWTF Grand National Championships, six U.S. Open Championships, and two Levi Garrett Opens. He is also a champion owl ho**er and was inducted into the NWTF Grand National Calling Championships Hall of Fame in 2020.

Beyond his success on the competition stage, Paul has dedicated his career to sharing his knowledge and passion for turkey hunting while helping preserve and advance our outdoor heritage.

Recognition in the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame is one of the highest honors in the outdoor industry, and we couldn’t be prouder to see Paul receive this well-deserved recognition.

The Prairie Pothole Region—known as the Duck Factory—is at risk.

Stretching across the northern Great Plains, this landscape of wetlands and grasslands provides critical breeding and nesting habitat for millions of waterfowl. It’s one of the most important places on the continent for producing the ducks that fill our flyways each fall.

But wetlands are being drained, and grasslands are disappearing.

Every acre of habitat lost means fewer places for ducks to return, nest, and raise the next generation. What happens on the prairie doesn’t stay on the prairie. It impacts the migration and waterfowl hunters across North America.

Protecting the Duck Factory means protecting the future of waterfowl.
