It is with sadness and excitement that we share that November 30th will be the last WOD at CrossFit North Irving... the past 11 years have been a wonderful,wild ride for Chris and I. I can't have imagined doing anything else with the last decade of our lives. We have met so many incredible, life long friends through this journey and are truly grateful for all of our members who have contributed to this community in their own way.

We will have a meeting the Saturday before the official start date on the 23rd to take before pics, and measurements, pass out your packets, get your macros.

Then we will sit down and go over the expectations through the next 10 weeks! Teach you how to track your food. And understand benefits of knowing your energy needs.
The winner will not be decided based off Inches lost/ Weight/ BUT mainly the biggest TRANSFORMATION from your before/after pictures. That way everyone has the opportunity to win!

Due to ice and road warnings and more freezing rain over night we are canceling the 6am class tomorrow😫. At this time, we will have the 12:30 and 4pm tomorrow…. Normal schedule on Friday…we are all ready to be back at it!💪🏼💚

Good News!!! We will be OPEN for 4&5pm classes today.

We are waiting to see what the weather does today before we decide on morning class tomorrow… stay tuned!

Update on Wednesdays classes. With the low temps and the weather storm warning we will be closed tomorrow 6am and 12:30. After we can access the conditions we will update you all on evening classes.
